Day 1

Initial Consultation

Up to 45 minutes

This is where we get to know you and your body. Your chiropractor will go through:

  • Health history: your medical and health background, and what has brought you in
  • Physical examination: a thorough check of your spine, nerves and muscles
  • Digital posture analysis
  • Root cause: building the full picture of your presenting problem, so we understand the why
Day 2

Results & Treatment Appointment

Up to 30 minutes · within 48 hours

This is where it all comes together. Your chiropractor will:

  • Talk you through what they have found
  • Explain how they can help, and how you can help yourself
  • Share their best recommendations for you
  • Go through your options and next steps
  • And, if it is right for you, begin your care on the day
